Marketing Manager, Partnership & Affiliate Programs

FilterEasy seeks a detail-oriented marketing manager who can develop and execute successful marketing campaigns for its partner and affiliate marketing programs. In this role, the marketing manager will develop a turn-key campaign management playbook to support partner marketing efforts.  Additionally, the marketing manager will manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, developing a rubric to strategically assess affiliate fit and growth potential, as well as a marketing toolkit to on-boarded affiliates. The primary emphasis of this position is to provide marketing expertise to strategic partners so we seamlessly integrate into workflows and effectively activate customer bases, providing added value to all involved.  This role requires a service-oriented mindset!

 

What you’ll do:

  • Develop marketing playbooks to address the varying need-states of large to small partners across different industries.
  • Provide strategic guidance and marketing support to FilterEasy partners.
  • Understand the needs of partners’ customers and gain in-depth familiarity with partners’ brand guidelines and customer experiences.
  • Develop marketing campaigns in coordination with partners’ marketing teams and execute and optimize FilterEasy campaign components (i.e., make working with FilterEasy a turnkey solution)
  • Draft creative briefs and manage the workflow of marketing content and collateral to meet deadlines for partner campaigns.
  • Gather feedback on a regular basis to constantly improve support for partner programs.
  • Identify new opportunities for the affiliate program and develop and execute outreach strategies and tactics.
  • Establish new participants in the affiliate program, facilitate turnkey on-boarding, and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Identify key, strategic affiliates and nurture and develop growth potential.
  • Document outreach and optimization activities and synthesize for future strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting packets.  

 

To be considered, you’ll need:

  • BS/BA degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing (partnership and/or affiliate marketing expertise heavily preferred).
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Demonstrated experience with web analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing deadlines, communicating with stakeholders, and documenting processes.
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and apply new tools and creative techniques to challenges.
  • Some HTML knowledge; ability to troubleshoot simple HTML errors.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once in a multi-dimensional, fast-paced, and sometimes unpredictable environment.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve aggressive goals.
